What does the service include?

When you choose to hire our chair covers and organza sashes the service will include:

Do you provide a nationwide service?

Yes. Our service is available to customers throughout England, Scotland and Wales, and we are aiming to add Northern Ireland to the list in the near future.

What if I have a limited budget?

We cater for a variety of budgets, so please do contact us as we are certain we can help you achieve a day of grandeur and luxury. Our prices start at just £2.50 per chair cover (for orders within the South Yorkshire area), and we will match any genuine like-for-like quotation.

We also offer a DIY Chair Cover Hire package that allows you to enjoy finest quality chair covers and sashes for just £1.99 per chair. If you are happy to get creative and dress your wedding venue yourself, Sweetly Seated can provide you with beautiful freshly laundered, pressed and folded chair covers and organza sashes for your big day.

 

Is there a minium order I need to place?

There is no minimum order required, so our service is an exceptionally value way to create stunning seating for your guests. Simply arrange to collect your chair covers in person, or via a courier at your own expense, and return them after your wedding. Simple, stylish and very reasonably priced.

Are we required to pay a deposit for any items that may be damaged during the course of the event?

No. For further details please refer to our terms and conditions.

What happens if guest numbers change at the last minute?

We understand that numbers can change at the last minute, and you can rest assured that we will always accommodate reasonable alterations.

What method of payments do you accept?

Sweetly Seated accepts payment by all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, cheque, cash and bank transfer.

Is VAT included in the pricing?

No, our prices do not include VAT.

Do we need to send our 25% deposit with our booking form?

Yes. Once we have received your deposit you will receive confirmation of your booking.

Will we receive a receipt for our deposit?

Separate receipts will only be issued on request, otherwise your final invoice will detail all deposits paid.

When will we be required to pay the final invoice?

You will receive the final invoice 28 days prior to your wedding. At this point we ask that the remaining balance is paid.

Will your chair covers fit the venue banqueting chairs?

We will ensure that each cover fits perfectly and looks elegant. Our chair covers come in a variety of sizes and, in our experience, we are always able to achieve a precise fit. If we have not dressed chairs at your venue before, we can send samples to you enabling you to see for yourself the fit and beautiful quality of our products. There is no additional charge for this service; we simply ask that all our samples are returned promptly in the envelope provided.

When will the chairs be dressed on our special day?

Sweetly Seated will liaise with you and your wedding venue to confirm the most suitable time to dress the chairs. This will always be at least two hours prior to the start time of your event.

Do we need to do anything with the chair covers and organza sashes after the event?

No, we will liaise with your venue to ensure that all our products are collected promptly. You can simply get on and enjoy your honeymoon.
